Justice, why do we think it does the job we, the people want it to do. What is a "mitigating circumstance" when someone is dead? To me, NOTHING.
Even the Bible teaches us an eye for an eye.
Here's some news today from Melbournbe VICTORIA :
"AN ICE addict who inexplicably shot dead a father-of-two has been sentenced to 11 years’ jail on what would have been his victim’s 30th birthday. " I have no idea why they say "On what would have been his birthday". It either was or wasn't, make up their fucking minds. Or maybe they just meant any day could have been his birthday. They make most of it up anyway, you know that.
A father of two shot dead on his birthday and the murderer gets 11 years jail. What made them pick that number? A bingo machine. Legs 11? You know he won't ever stay in there that long will he? Parole and suck up to a shrink and he's out in what? 8, 7, 6 years. Who knows?
When will the father be resurrected.? NEVER. How long does the man's partner and the two kids suffer? They get life. That's called justice.
This fuckwit takes ICE and kills this man. I don't care why, he must serve an equal term to his vivtim. LIFE, All HIS LIFE. Die in jail in other words. But that costs us a mint to keep him alive. So put him down and all's cool except for the kids and the partner. But that's the best result they can get.
Fuck lawyers and the law. Give me the power and you will see real justice. No fucking mercy.
How's about Stumpy, as his friends, if he has any, call him. Oscar gets 5 years for a clearely premeditated murder of his wife. Who wiould put 4 bullets through a toilet door withoiut knowing who was in there? Did he shout out "Who's in there? Nope, just shot her dead.
And he gets 5 years but only 10 montths in jail with the rest home detention at his millionaire uncle's mansion. And of that 5 years, he spends 10 months in a separate cell by himself, on the hospital building.
And some fuckwit says Apathoid is over. Give me a fucking break!!!
A black, female judge delivered that sentence. Do not try to tell me she wasn't heavily influenced. By whom? Work it out. If he was a black he would have got life in jail or death. You know that.
Haven't you had enough of this shit? You obey the law, right. Well mainly anyway. I have to ask you this question. WHY? The law is for the rich only. Their way of punishing the poor and letting themselves off easy.
