I can't believe it but it's what is going to happen.
Rabbott refuses to take any Syrian who is already in detention, because they paid "People Smugglers". I would have thought those people had showed how desperate they were to avoid being persecuted or killed. But not Abbott. Punish them, and punish them again.
And he wants them to live in the outback basically. Fat fucking chance that will work. Does he know anything about rural areas and how jobs go to family and friends, not refugees? Obviously not.
Let's put them in harm's way where drought will destroy their lives and the locals must put themselves first.
But wait, there's more. He's going to GIVE them a whole 1 month's rent. ONE FUCKING MONTH. What good is that, they'll die of starvation and become homeless again here. Great plan Rabbott.
