I've just heard a TV ad (No I had my back to it!!!) and there was a bit from some over the top idiot.
He was advertising everything travel and computerised, plus Iphones of course.
The first one I heard him blather on about was an airline that had just added the "next generation" aircraft to their stable of planes and was available for travel.
Don't know about you but I like a little accuracy in the use of our language. You see, if it IS next generation then it surely is coming, but not available, right? If they can use it now then of course it is this generation's aircraft. Simple really. Using bullshit to make it sound wonderful.
Went on and on about Business Class and how wonderful it is to work in there. Gimme a break. People don't fly to do work, it's a break FROM work.
And then he went on and on and on about a mobile phone which you could recharge 3 times in flight. Are all flights the same length now by any chance?
And why the fuck would you need three recharges? Wouldn't the person sitting next to you hit you so hard the mobile would be an internal device? I don't tolerate people rabbiting on in real life, let alone on an aircraft. Step away from that phone you bastard. Then you trash it, they are a pestilence.
Then, last comment from this moron. "Put your order in now, it should be available around the middle of the year". REALLY." WHY? Wouldn't you think maybe you could buy 3 mobiles for what they charge? And who the fuck are you going to talk to for the length of these trips, which all take the same time apparently.
Who writes this crap and why does anybody read it out without knowing they are a bloody idiot and ripoff merchant?
