The ASX yesterday put on 15.8 points, easing up to the 5400 mark and standing for the weekend at 5260.
The Dow have a big up of 230 points. Maybe just more "cheap stock" buying but we won't know until Tuesday morning really.
Seems to have steadied but do remember the Dow is down over the calender year now and it will take quite a few rises to get back what has been lost.
On a side note, it's Caulfield Cup today but, frankly, I don't know any of them. Only two Imports left in the field after scratchings late in the week.. Here's the top 4 from my ratings.
15, 8,6,19.
Of those I like 15, Lucia Valentina and 6, The Offer. But I know nothing so far this year.
