Hi all,
I've been in hospital for the last month, operation for male breast cancer.
Long odds against a male contracting it, but I've always been lucky frankly
You know, having cancer hasn't scared me at all as I have confidence in today's medics. Never a thought that this was the "END" etc. Afraid though of chemotherapy. Docs agreed, no chemo for me. Instead, hormone treatment for 10 years which is aimed at ensuring the nasty shit does not return.
Again, happy with advice to date but that may change.
Funny really, I ALWAYS THOUGHT CANCER WOULD SCARE ME TO DEATH. Well, NO, IT HASN'T.
