I've got two outstanding contributions from Australian politicians for you to laugh your arse off at.
First I'll quote our so called Prime Minister, actually Prime Monster, Tony Abbott.
This week he decided to attack funding for our native people, aborigines. They often live in remote localities as that's where they were born. The taxpayer subsidises that and Abbott say "ENOUGH." He announced that them living in those locations is a "LIFESTYLE CHOICE" and therefore we shouldn't subsidise them. He has allowed Western Australia to close all those settlements in that State. So where do they go?
The thing is that lifestyle choice was made, maybe 40,000 years ago when there was NO ONE else in this country. So why now, after 40,000 years Abbott? If you think about it every single Australian made a lifestyle choice about where they live in Abbott's terms. Even the homeless.
And so did TONY ABBOTT who chose to stand for PM and live in luxury.Let's stop subsidising him and make him pay for the four homes we pay for.
This next one is nearly a year old but will live forever. Australia's Treasurer, Fat Jack Hockey, in announcing a petrol price increase in last year's Budget, justified it by stating, categorically, that poor people don't own OR drive cars. Believe that if you will. He stuck to that statement too until he was laughed out of town.
And these idiots supposedly run the country.
