I'm afraid the Australian PM has way overstepped the mark, in many areas.
He has shown a tendency to write off any "expert" and take the opposite stance since day 1 and this is usually related to a problem between a child and that child's father. The child does not respect the father and does not accept anything he says, usually taking the opposite view. It matters NOT what effect that stance will have on him or anyone else at all. It's just opposing his father that is the drive behind the child.
Just think through all his "thought bubbles" and see that this approach stands in almost every area.
Climate change? Most of the world's people and specifically scientists have shown it is fact and man generated in the main. So the PM's stance, of course, is that Climate Change does not exist. His public and promised "Plans" to fight this inevitable decline in our weather are weak or non existent. What happened to the "Green Army"? Not that such an idea has any merit at all, but still, where are they?
With this whim of his to strip people of citizenships? He has been advised, by our highest level legal mind outside the judiciary, that his plans would likely fail immediately due to High Court challenge.
Doesn't faze him at all as he thinks he has the most astute legal mind in our country, or more.
Indonesia? It seems he is inexplicably trying to upset and/or provoke them when he should be doing the exact opposite.Paying people smugglers? Or even refusing to say he didn't do it is tantamount to an attack on Indonesia and total refusal to include almost anyone in his "plans" on this topic, refugees. He seems totally determined to crush any refugees but has not considered that the wave of refugees is increasing daily due to the wars and climate refugees whose numbers are starting to spiral upwards.
He appears to have no vision at all, except possibly through that lowly brown eye. IE. All he sees is shit.
Haven't heard him comment on the Pope's pleas for all to take urgent action on Climate Change. That must be giving him heartache and may be the last straw before he breaks down and attacks everyone in sight. I do believe he is on the verge of a mental breakdown.
He has shown his paranoia levels to be extreme as he does not even trust any of his front bench enough to give them details of his new citizenship legislation. What more evidence do you need to see the truth? He is a man alone.
