If you ONLY ever speak and believe the truth then you will never have to remember what your comment or answer was on ANY topic. Simple, do it.
Of course sometimes what YOU know to be the truth is actually bullshit. When someone tells you it is bullshit it is time for YOU to re examine your knowledge on that topic. NOT just defend what you had believed.
