Not a lot of need to point out Trump's failures to most but I will as a lot here do not follow news at all. I used to avoid it like the plague when I was young, now I know why, and should have kept avoiding it. Politics, after all, is known as "The Hollywood for the Ugly". Trump qualifies.
You see the "news" is what politicians use in lieu of paying for advertising. Trump gets so much coverage because he just blurts out whatever dumb thought he has, using Twitter. I would think the fact he uses twittering as a big warning to all that he's out of his tree.
I mean, look at the rubbish he comes up with:
.Building a wall across the top of Mexico
Has anyone even thought that, hey, people could tunnel under it. In fact there are already many tunnels on that border. So how deep does this wall need to be? 50feet? People can still tunnel under that so this tunnel is nothing but a huge mistake and expensive? More than he says it will cost, way more. Have any of you ever known walls and so on to keep people in or out? No, of course not. And this stupid idea is the sign of an unhinged mind.
He doesn't even seem to understand that most illegal entries happen by air. Fly in with a visa and disappear. How else would the USA gather over 10 million illegal immigrants? How?
Do you realise that 10 million is about 3% of your population, currently about 324 million? Is that really as big an issue as Trump makes out? After all, these people tend to actually work for mostly the rich at low wages. You don't think Trump has some of these people working for him? I bet he does.
. The travel restrictions
You'd be aware that Trump has tried twice already to restrict which countries people are not permitted to have access to the USA. Did you know that of those countries, no one has ever committed a terrorist offence in the USA? Did you? The worst country of origin, of course, is Saudi Arabia. They dominated the numbers that organised and enacted 9/11. Why is that country ignored? You know why. MONEY.
Then of course we know that both attempts by Trump to write a document that stops people from the nominated entering the USA have been failures. Why? Because he has made Muslim countries the target of his ill directed rage.
But Trump ignores the decisions made by the judges involved even though they make it clear that his directions breach the Constitution. He doesn't care at all. Rather, he turns to abusing the judges, calling one a "so called judge". Sorry Trump but he is not so called at all. He IS a judge, legally.
So Trump shouts and complains and screams "I'll see you in court", indicating he will take this rubbish to the highest court in the land. Again, sorry Trump, but that court too has judges. His directions are clearly coloured by religious discrimination and no court is going to support that.
Trump has not yet learnt that a President, however he got that position, does NOT have total power at all.
How long will he last? Hard to predict but if you listen you will know that Republicans, his supposed Party, never wanted him and continually find fault with what he does. In history, no President has ever been bagged by his own Party so early and like this, until now. He's also 70 years old and prone to not sleeping and having rages frequently. Not a healthy combination at all. I say he will not get through 4 years in any way.
